About Us
We are native Michiganders who spent the past decade in Nashville, Tennessee. We moved to New York City at the end of 2025 and are committed to building our home here.
We have been subletting a studio in Manhattan, but we are looking for a place to put down roots. We have a great friend community in Brooklyn, and appreciate the warmth, history, and balance of business and residential neighborhoods. Most importantly, we are looking for a space that offers the comfort and stability of home.
We lived in our Nashville apartment for six years. We paid rent on time every month, took care of the space, and had a great relationship with our landlord. Our intent is always the same — to be reliable, respectful, and long-term tenants.
We both work at least partially from home, so it's important to us to maintain a space that is organized and practical. Outside of work, you can find us attending the theater, checking out jazz clubs, and walking the nearest park or waterfront.
